Payments made with debit or credit cards can either have the funds returned to the original card used to make the payment within 3-14 working days after our customer care team confirming the return, or alternatively, we can give you store credit to place a new order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, any fragrances, or other foreign odors including smoke, free of any makeup stains and in the same plastic bag it came in.
Returned items must be folded neatly and returned inside the plastic bag it came in. Items received not in the plastic bag and/or in poor condition will be refused and returned to you.
Sale item(s) can either receive a store credit for the same value of the product(s) or exchange with the same product(s) of a different size.
We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
For UAE orders, it may take up to 48 hours for collection.
You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
The item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

For international orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
